Does he have 15 in June?  I think he just tied Frank Howard's mark - May, 1968.
15 in the last 17 games

Maybe honing your skills against MLB replacement level players for five or six years can teach you something. I'm just appreciating it while it lasts.

Honestly man, we're freaking due. How many times have we let a pitcher go or traded him, only for that guy to basically become what we needed.

Yeah. 15. We need a smiley for him.

Astonishing performance.

As for Hondo, - his 15 included 10 in 20 AB's, in the "year of the pitcher".  His last 2 came off Mickey Lolich of the Tigers, no patsy.

15 home runs in 17 games. Skipping the two PED guys, Schwarber is the only ballplayer to do that.

So Maxwell speaks enough Spanish to repeat, and know, what Parra is saying to Soto?  Still need to work on his mic, but I like him.

He’s grown on me a bunch in the last month or so

First single of the game...Castro drives in number 5. Hit 1700

I'd been ragging on Castro the last few games, but he's hitting around .300 in his last dozen or so games.

Kinda wish Davey would have kept on them and pinched here. I get it with the long stretch of games though

The Mets have a couple of LH hitters coming up this inning. LHP might do better, but who can predict?

His defense still leaves a lot to be desired, though.

They are really running that Nissan commercial into the ground, playing it multiple times in the same ad break.

Suero's cutter is just sorta knuckling. Got outs though.
