Two doubles, two RBIs for Juan.

If Soto keeps doubling in Turner from 1st, I guess Trea doesn't have to worry about stealing.

First 6 Nats hitters are in order of their OPS.

I had to look up how Detwiler left the Nats. Got traded to Texas for Taylor Gushue, a catcher now in the Cubs organization, and Abel De Los Santos, who pitches, I think, in a league in Mexico.

Great to have him show up when the 'pen needs a rest, too.

Gushue was with the Nats organization through last season, and signed with the Cubs as a free agent last November. He hit .312/.358/.517 with Fresno in 2019.

Abel De Los Santos played for the Tecolotes de los Dos Laredos in 2018, but doesn't appear to have pitched professionally since. A bit of trivia: the Tecolotes are the only Mexican League team to play in the USA, as half of their home games are played in Laredo and the other half in Nuevo Laredo.

De Los Santos has pitched in the Dominican Winter League since then, but that Mexican League team is the only one that registers as a AAA team.

Probably needs some, particularly in a low leverage spot.

Kind of want to see McGowin take the 9th just to get back on the horse
