I thought Beal never turned down a shot.  Or was that Westbrook?

Need to win as the 5 games after that are tough. 2 with Atlanta. 2 with Boston. And the Nets.

I bet on them before that was announced. They might still win.

That was fun. 19–38 three pointers.

Missed that. Sounds like a wild game. WUJ will need to have a chat with them about their defense.

this looked a lot more like last year's wizards, with mostly different guys in uniform. :)

Watching the replay.

Of course Beal out injured and Rui not back yet from whatever is up with him. Also Thomas Bryant not back from his injury.  The new guys are all familiar NBA names. Lots of depth.

Wizards 2-0 without Westbrook. Lakers 0-2 with him. Just sayin.

0-2 and already turning on each other. This is going to be an awesome season

Dinwiddie
Beal
Kuzma
Rui
Gafford
Harrell
Bertans
KCP
Avdijia
Kispert
Holiday
Bryant

When we’re at full strength that is some crazy depth.  If we’re omit at the deadline we should see what Rui, Bryant, Bertans, and a couple firsts gets us

Don’t be so sure.  Kuzma plays the position and is a better player at this point in time.  They need a good SF to really contend. Rui is not fast enough to play that. KCP is a decent player but should be coming off the bench.

Exactly.  Kuzma can play a legit 3 and 4, is young (26), and can shoot better than anyone we had on our roster last year outside Beal and bertans while being 6’10”.

Rui, Bryant, Bertans, and 2 firsts could be an interesting package for a team whose player clearly wants out.  Not Simmons, but If towns or Tatum became available?  Otherwise with kuzma in the fold, maybe flip Bryant for an ariza type

As bad as their draft picks have been I don’t like giving them up. Maybe for Tatum but can’t see Boston going for a package like that.  Let’s see how they do over the next stretch of games. Not clear when Rui is going to play.

This is the most legitimate NBA roster that I remember them having in years

Maybe Christian wood would be a better trade target.  Rockets are full rebuild.

They probably just want picks coming back
