Deal is done per ESPN. The analysts love this for the Wizards who add a ton of depth but need a PG, and hate it for the Lakers who no longer have any 3 point shooting. Seems there will be more deals.

Free agency just starting so time to add a PG.

So in the end to dump Wall they paid a couple of second round picks and got three decent players.  Well played Tommy.

Wizards draft Kispert. They might be the best three point shooting team in the league next year.

I hope they sign Carlik Jones as a UDFA

Kispert seems like a good selection at that point in the draft.

Agree he is a good pick if they want to compete now which is apparently the plan. They will no doubt be trying to unload Bertans given some of the acquisitions.

Right now.
Center: Bryant and Gafford and Harrell
PF: Kuzma and Rui
SF: Bertans and Kispert and Deni.
SG. Beal and KCP
PG:  no one.

Another rumor. Flip Kuzma and Harrell to the Nets for Spencer Dinwiddie. Not sure that makes sense as he is a SG.

Ok traded the 22 pick to the Pacers for 31 pick and Aaron Holiday. Younger not nearly as good brother of Jrue.

Isiah Todd with the first pick or the second round. Played for the G League Ignite.  Maybe the stretch four the Wiz always lacked? In a couple of years.

So Aaron Holiday and Ish Smith as our PGs next year?

No. They will sign or trade for a starter. I don’t think Ish is back. Wes will want a bigger guy who can play some D.

Dinwiddie nearing a deal with the Wizards per ESPN.  Will be a sign and trade deal.

Looks like it’s finalized. Also included the Lakers and Pacers. And Spurs. As best I can tell Wiz did not give up much.

This is my favorite Wizards move in a long time. They got a real asset whil giving up a whole lot of nothing

Chandler Hutchinson is out too, no loss. And the Wizards get Isiah Todd. This is a heck of a deal for Washington.

Toronto is one of the teams they will likely be fighting with for seeding.  So getting a W would be a nice thing.  Want to see if the defense has actually improved under Wes Jr.

He's already had COVID. I mean, let's be reasonable.
He just needs to take the shot.  Covid shot that is.  They are lucky that DC does not have the same rules as NYC and SF.

They may lead the league in defense after tonight.

I thought Beal never turned down a shot.  Or was that Westbrook?
