They blew the whole case by making stuff up. The Phillies basically put Odubel in purgatory for like a year and a half after his incident. And charges were dropped in his case. Bad look for the Braves to welcome him back.
Yeah, I don't think there's anyone in this that is exactly covering themselves in glory. What the guy actually did should be enough to tank his career and get him in jail in my opinion. He's got enough money that his lawyers will have a field day with the footage.
