Well, the Fox guys said he went to Harvard, which is about the most mundane fact possible when applied to someone named "Brent Suter."

It's too bad that when his little sister Catherine ("Muffy") had to settle for Vassar, his mother Victoria lapsed into a fugue and could only be revived by the purchase of a third home on the Cape.

I knew some women with fantastic names at UVA.  Never a Muffy, but it's the last-name-first-name capital of the world.  I did, however, know a dude whose first name was "Finis," which was uncoincidentally Jefferson Davis' middle name.

This wasn't 1965 or something.  I'm in my 30s.

Sam Clay looks like Andrew Stevenson and Larry Bird had a child.  I didn't want to have that thought either, so you're welcome.

OK.  First time I've seen the Mikaila Maroney GEICO commercial.  It works for me.

She's gotten a lot of mileage out of that facial expression.  Which is well-deserved considering some of the other crap she had to deal with.

That pitch is insane.  How does he get it to move that much?

If not for the stupid 7-inning rule, we would’ve likely gotten at least two more innings out of Lester. Another reason that rule is garbage. Seriously. It may seem petty but it’s really making me less of a fan of the game. freak you, Manfred.

One more inning.  He was at 74 through 4, so unless he cut that back somehow he was gonna be at 90-something after 5.  They're not going to leave him out there for the third time through when he's going to need 110 to get through the 6th.

Manfred is like Selig's large quotient of stupidity was replaced by pure malice.  What an awful human.
