Bell looks like a total mess from both sides of the plate.  His last at bat RH he chased a 4-seamer 8 inches out of the strike zone, and the last LH one he was fouling 92 mph meatballs off from a dude who just wanted him to hit them, followed by chasing a slider that wasn't anywhere close.

Right now it looks like you got Max and no one in the rotation. It’s a lost season, and an albatross moving forward if Stras can’t stay healthy and Corbin can’t find some semblance of a fastball.
