Hawley's probably there.

I used to hate the Cardinals but after being at Nats Park for the sweep and the pennant a couple of years ago, it is now a much milder level of dislike, more akin to getting dogcrap on that old ripped up pair of sneaks you still like but shoulda gone in the trash ages ago.

Daughter and I saw Game 3 of the NLDS in 2019. Such a thorough delight to see Strasburg choked them, as Howie did it, as the Cardinals fielders stumbled all over themselves; and listening to the Cardinal fans in front of us as they melted, saying, "I hope we can win just one game..."

Hard to take the Cards seriously.
