was it 2017 when he had that monster season?  Hopefully Bell is ok, it seems odd that he's not starting against a righty.

Looking at the Nats lineup, they shouldn't be as bad as their record, but...man, that's not a good team.  Is there anything identifiable that they should be good at, as in significantly better than average?
