They work for different entities. Who knows who's in agreement, who is squeezing who, etc.
Personally, of the four regular broadcast guys, Dave is my favorite.
Theyve split them up before.
If your goal is to put the best possible product on TV with your key broadcast members out, then you use the best people you have available. Dave Jaegler on TV is exponentially better than Kolko. The TV broadcast goes from unbearable to actually pretty good. The radio broadcast goes from outstanding to very good with Charlie and Pete.
