He is. Taylor is a damn good CF. And Robles is also good enough defensively that he would be a viable MLB CF with approximately that offense too. Taylor's career is pretty much the answer to that: he has a career OPS+ of 79 and yet he just got a multiyear deal for posting a season slightly below his career norms.
So we should be happy if Robles can gain just a little offense and we can take advantage of his good D at bargain rates the next couple years. I'm all in.
