This was brought up on FM-106.7 yesterday and the sites that were brought up were in Loudoun and Prince William counties. I just can't see that working - they'd lose a lot of fans in DC and the Maryland burbs to the Ravens (who, remember, back in 2019 ran ads on DC-area sports stations for season tickets).

well, in terms of attendance, those folks hhave had Ravens tickets for years. Football is an all day game day, so I think the sph damage won't be detectable. There's a trade off, and that part of VA is growing. The tv and news oulet fans aren't inconvenienced. Best site still would be old RFK.

I don’t know about now, but it appears that the land by the quarry near the CIT building that was under consideration for a baseball stadium might be a contender. It has access to the toll road, 28, and it is near Metro now (Innovation Center Metro station), so one would guess that they would still eye that.
