Actually Meows is something of a baseball cat - he operates a 'three strikes' rule; if he doesn't want to be petted then the first two swipes are just his paw, but if you persist, the third swipe is claws-out...

have a friend who is up before her university's discipline board for the same thing. the school has a testing option, but she only on campus once every couple of weeks and the test is required weekly.

I thought Allen looked good given the conditions. He really got a few balls downfield on quick hits in front of the d-backs.
