Phoenix beat the lakers without Davis and with LeBron missing games, Denver without Murray, and then the Clippers without Kawhi. I can't remember a run being more influenced by injuries
They had the second best record in the league behind Utah.

and the Bucks were third in the East, 46 wins compared to 49 for Philly, so it's hard to say that they made it to the finals just because other teams had injuries.  I assume at some point we'll hear that Giannis is heading for knee surgery.

good for them, they still had a playoff run against teams minus either their best or second best player. There is a reason a Chris Paul team got this far for the first time and it has nothing to do with how the suns played

Do you really think they get past Brooklyn if Harden is healthy? It looked like they were going to get upset by the Hawks before trae went down

Giannis was hurt as well against Atlanta, so hard to say.  It's impossible to say who would have won if someone wasn't hurt. Everyone is probably playing with some sort of injury at this point. The Bucks were a very good team.

There is a difference between everybody is hurt and your best player missing multiple games. The Bucks remind me of some of those terrible Cleveland teams that LeBron dragged to the finals- one great player surrounded by meh

Middleton has been an all star the past three seasons.  And now is on the Olympic team. Holiday is very good and may be the best defensive guard in the league. Brook
Lopez is even better than Robin!   They’ve been at or near the top of the East the past few seasons. You’re just being silly now.

The ghost of Kevin Love is on the Olympic team too. They’ve been near the top of the East and have lost when they faced healthy teams. Even in their run through the East this year, they lost when they faced healthy teams. The two biggest playoff disappointment superstars met in the finals and one of them had to win. Chris Paul stayed true to form down the stretch of game 6

The Bucks are the champs.  All others can cry and bemoan injuries.
