:hysterical:

I guess by never winning another playoff series that last one versus Vegas is guaranteed to remain specia.

We'll always have 2018...

I wonder if something isn't wrong with Nicky...he has been invisible this entire series with the exception of clanging one off the post several games ago...

Maybe?  Of age catching up with him.  Carlson seems hurt also.

Sad if that is the last memory of Oshie in a Caps uniform.  Terrible turnover.

Caps unraveled like a cheap sweater after Game 3.

It might happen but I have a hard time seeing how the Caps come back from two straight games of blowing a third period lead and losing in OT. The Bruins seem able to turn it on and dominate the latter portions of games.

The Caps used to always lose in the second round. After the Cup now they lose in the first round. Price we had to pay I suppose.
Sometimes I am right.  Unfortunately in this case.

Win a Stanley Cup after years of torment. Fire the coach. Why do we keep choking?

I won't remember that...this series was lost behind the net a few games back...

Kinda hope for Oshbabe's sake that he does go to Seattle...be a great way for him to close out a great career...

Not one of Ted’s best moves for sure.

Who's "C" next year? Assuming that "that" which cannot be spoken actually happens (as I think it will).

Alex...

They're just gaming the expansion draft.  As long as he's not under contract, they don't have to protect him.  The Caps will also know how much they can pay him once they lose whoever they are gonna lose...

He could probably make 100 million a year playing for Dynamo.  Maybe he wants to pass Jagr more than that.

I think he has his eyes set on Gretzky...whether it's realistic or not...

We need to get rid of 92.  He's become another Royce as far as I'm concerned and worn out his welcome...

We need a roster full of Conor Sheary's...with a few of them over 5'-8"...

I am a total #99 fanboi but I will applaud Ovie every inch of the way if he decides to stay in the NHL

With 730 career goals, Ovechkin is just 134 shy of matching Wayne Gretzky's record of 864.

Yeah...so glad the NHL is moving to ESPN...

As we suspected, Ovie, Backstrom, Oshie, Eller, and Carlson played injured through the playoffs.
