They meet again tomorrow night.  Expect lots of boos for the Caps and not much else.

George Parros being the player safety czar is a bit like Ted Nugent being head of PETA, but yeah, not much to see here.

rangers cementing themselves as biggest nag team in the league

cry to daddy bettman and the twitter mob when your star player tries to fight the toughest fighter in the league and gets his ass kicked

Or maybe we should expect NHL players to not be thugs

I agree absolutely! Panarin was the third Ranger to challenge Wilson. The league needs to protect players from guys, like Panarin, who go looking for fights.

If anyone is tired of reading the old testament, the comments on the Rangers tweet (twat?) on the Wilson/Panarin affair go on for miles.

So in the Pittsburgh–Philadelphia game tonight, #87 banged Koneckny's head against the ice twice. I’m waiting for the Rangers to weigh in on that one….

Three fights to start the game, two more almost immediately after. They had to pause the game to empty the penalty boxes

I mean, this was pretty much the late 80s and the 90s. The fans went to a fight and a game of hockey broke out

Lots of tears on the bench. Good for him. Did Wilson hurt himself in a fight?
