Ballpark Digest has been tracking the changes and rumors. They now hint that at Wilmington as an affiliate. I'd guess High-A, so Low-A for Fredericksburg.They also suggest that Frederick may be safe, and may end up as the O's AA affiliate, with Aberdeen at High-A and Delmarva at Low-A.
