I’m not sure what to think. They had a team high in the league in batting average but one of the lowest in runs scored. Total lack of power other than Soto. If you plug a guy like Stevenson in RF you don’t address that.
The starting rotation was one of the worst in the league. Max is clearly going downward. And even with Stras back it’s not strong unless you sign a good number 4. Also some holes in the pen still.
I’m not sure what they can do.
Another power-hitting corner outfielder would surely be nice given the lack of power by our IF hitters. I'm not sure who's available though. Garcia is probably a 15-20 HR guy next year though. Marcell Ozuna would fit this team nicely, especially if the NL keeps the DH.
