It says something about the state of the roster when there's nobody better to PH for Stevenson there.

It also sucks that if Turner doesn't get on, then the game's pretty much done - there's about a 500% chance they'd walk Soto to pitch to the #3 hitter.  That shouldn't happen.

Thames is a nice guy.  That's all he has going for him.  Bad defensively, runs slower than the River Thames, and a below average hitter.

so in baseball terms, nothing.  In more general terms he also has huge pipes.  Maybe he can cook or write poetry, but in baseball terms, nothing.
