Exactly. Any team that knocks out the yanks (or the o's, braves, or astros) is alright in my book.

I'm with you on the Yanks. Can't stand them. Tampa Bay payroll is what, $78M? Yanks, 3x that.

Will the Yanks re-sign LeMahieu? Keep Tanaka? Paxton? Chapman? Sanchez?

I've decided I want the Asterisks win the WS...it will be another meaningless title for them...
that would be 3 in a row for West Palm Beach!

D'oh!  So we get to keep the title Cora won as long Houston keeps its title?

You have a soft spot for ol' Rusty.
We all do, but the desire to see the '*' lose overrides any well wishes for Dusty...

...and if the '*' lose then this season will be a resounding success for Nats fans.  Yankees, Mets, Phillies (Harper), Cubs, White Sox (Gio Gonzalez), Blue Jays (Tanner Roark), Padres (Rosenthal) all crap the bed.

I’ve decided I want the Astros to win just because everyone will be so upset.  It would be the anti karma.

It would set the stage for us to smite them again next year.

Not with anyone watching or teams interacting with one another in any fashion, anyway.

sort of like Invisible Boy from Mystery Men.  They can have a season but only if no one watches.

Error leading to 3run HR couldn't have happened to a better team

Correa brings up the point the Astros were down, 0-2, in the World Series last year with Greinke and Urquidy as the next two pitchers and won three in a row.

Everyone made fun of the Barves starting pitching but it’s been superb in the playoffs thus far.
