Wil Crowe Medicine Show. Haven't seen him live since the Carolina League, but I liked what he had then. He'll never be spectacular but the hope here is Roark - mediocre fastball with some movement, decent offspeed stuff, lives on control and mixing.

Would have made more sense if they were closer to contending. Plus, TINSTAAPP - looks bad because this dude didn't blow out his arm, but that's why pitching prospects come a bit discounted.
