A lot has change for 2020 compared to 2019. Covid-19 and a 60 game Regular Season as an example. But things have also stayed the same too. 1-0 everyday! Stay in the fight! And well cooked meals win Ball Games!

I've clean the house, bathed the kids, cut the lawn. Doing steak and Shrimp for Dinner. I have put in the work today to deserve to watch the Nats win tonight.

This is a playoff team. Not because they are defending World Series Champions. Not because they are letting 16 teams into the playoffs. But because this team is good.

1-0 everyday. Lets go

*** Welcome Back Tanner*** Wish we could do so in person.

weather.com calling for 84 degrees at first pitch with 40% chance of thunderstorms...continuing in low 80's for rest of evening with 25% chance of precip.

Will the bats show up today?

Its so hard to just enjoy baseball this year.

Zimmerman- Gone
Rendon - Gone
Soto - Out

This team has no offense at all without Rendon/Soto. I knew this would happen. We all did.

They are 2nd in all of MLB in Slugging, 7th in OPS and HR's, 11th in BA.  That seems pretty good.  Otherwise, they seem to have forgotten how to baseball...

1 run on 11 hits is hard to do.   If they get 11 hits every night, they'll be fine.   Not giving away stupid outs on the base paths would definitely help though!

I am currently cleaning the house. I have Surf and Turf planned for dinner. No worries. We will end this bad luck

One more test result and Soto could be back much sooner than expected.

Me thinks this was a bogus false positive test.

But he cannot get two negative tests in a row.  See the Soto thread.  It's unclear.

Why we aren’t playing Kieboom is a travesty.

I just assume he has a nagging injury that will take three weeks to get better

So that's 2 Little League-caliber mental errors for Bonifacio in the past three games.
