That’s unacceptable.   Davey pulling Corbin was inexcusable, though.   75 pitches and cruising.

He didn't play for the Fish until after a year or two with Arizona and then one with the Nats, no?

Actually you are right. The Nats were the ones who traded him to the Marlins after we got him from Arizona. My brain mistakenly still thinks its young as you can see lol

OK... Did you expect Corbin to pitch a full 9? If not the people who didn't execute would have still come in. And they weren't put in bad spots. They were put in situations they were offered a contract for.

EB over slid third because the infield dirt was too dry - fire the grounds crew

it was a little by the book rather than with the flow, but the bullpen has to execute. This wasn't a guy who had missed the year before or any of the sorry excuses we had last year at the start of the year. It was 2 guys who were Mr. Unhittables for long stretches the past couple of years. I have concerns with Doo and wish they had a plan B lefty. Harris I hope isn't broke.

Doubtful...The Nats gave him a 3 year $24MM deal...even with a haircut for this year, that's still about $19MM...

Doolittle should have opted out...I wonder if his COVID concerns are weighing on him...

I don't think he's old Doo since they broke him 1st half of last year. Playoffs were adrenalin, deception, and rep. Attitude. I think his mind's making promises his body can't fill

This is no different than April 1st for them... well except they had less Spring Training. Give them time. They will be ok.
