Last batter he has to face. Wait, he faced four. Nevermind.

Yessir.  Not everyday you win by 7 with 5 errors.

Soto scratched, Strasburg scratched, 1-1 vs the Yankees... I'll take it.

He fields like he pitches... sort of all over the place

I'm giving the game ball tonight to Victor.

Finnegan > Rosenthal?  We'll see.

This was Finnegan's first appearance in a MLB game. You kind of expect him to be super nervous, especially facing the Yankees lineup in his first ever game. He did well enough all things considering.

The only place I can say I don't like it is when it shows a guys stealing breaking contact with a bag for a tenth of a second.  A PGA style having to see it with the naked eye at real speed would be a good fix for that one.   Confirming whether a first baseman came off the bag or not is legit to me.

I’ve seen suggestions that the rule should be changed so that the cylinder (prism?) above the base counts as the base when you’re sliding, so when your foot/hand bounces off, you’re still safe as long as you beat the throw. You’d still be out if you slid past the base.

Dont think Finnegan is our 8th inning guy in a close game

Chambers, cylinders?   Is your medicine/law/physics auto correct dictionary or is baseball a lot more complicated than I realized?

I have no idea how it got changed to what appeared. I edited my post. Maybe I was drunk.
