To be cleared he needs another negative test from a league-approved testing lab 24 hours after the first negative test, so there’s a decent chance this was a false positive and he’ll be back soon. 
Or, the rapid saliva tests are proving false negatives
Oh, and he’s pregnant.
Let’s hope it was a false positive. And that he’s not pregnant. And that he’s really not 30 years old.
