Wtf? Do they love TOS the some teams say tjs lets you throw harder, or do they not spot this before signing/drafting.

Henry is now forgotten for me

It kind of makes sense now. He has had arm and shoulder issues for three years. Even pitching as well as he did, he had bouts of dead arm.
