I also find Rick Porcello to be a bit of a punk. If you're going to throw at someone intentionally, you get one shot. If you miss, too bad. That one was especially bad because while Manny Machado can also be a punk, even Pedroia acknowledged that the slide and spiking was not intentional, so multiple attempts to retaliate are beyond the acceptable self-policing of the game.
