Langerhans is batting a hot .160 for the season. And you guys knock Logan for his bat (rolls eyes).

A nice 1-2-3 for Chico.
Let's see some offense now please.

He's batting .211 and I thought I heard that he hit well as a yute.

But not here or now.

It's a shame how agents dictate what some of these players do in regards to signing or not...but of course i also blame the players themselves for that

Snell is getting into a groove here, we gotta get to him.

our tv announcers said that moustakes was very high on the Nats list and that they thought he'd be around by the time the Nats pick 6th. oh well.

I think Felipe has shown a lack of interest at the plate lately...just a feeling and I realize I could be wrong about that

If we win today, we'll have exactly the same record as they will. Close matchup.

That should've been our selection as compensation for Soriano...

Chico is getting hit hard now.

He's batting .255 since he joined the Nationals.  He has 7 RBIs in 47 ABs with us and 8 runs scored.  Logan has 5 RBIs and 7 runs scored in 71 ABs and is hitting .239.  So Langerhans has been better at bat, but Logan shouldn't have been a switch hitter.

Why is Belliard at 2nd now?  Was there an injury?

Felipe didn't look like running hard to beet the groundout, perhaps that's why he is out.

on Yahoo! i'm seeing a lot of "deep lefts". A sign that Chico should be done after this inning possibly.

And another 1-2-3 for Matt Chico.
Some far hits, but still 2-2.

This would be about his limit anyway.
