Zimm live was awesome. Told a great story about getting back to the hotel in Houston after game 7 to find out Texas bans alcohol sales after 2 am and team ownership offering to pay the fine. The hotel refused.

Cheaters. This is the first real time I've been angry at them for this. I haven't watched any WS game replays until tonight. They kinda ruined an aspect of it for me even though the Nats won.

The MASN replay of the TBS playoffs & Fox World Series games the past week have been breaking up here - as if there is a problem in the video. We wondered if it was the cable here in OBX - or the MASN replay. Is the replay breaking up for anyone else ?

Nobody seems to follow the replay in the GDT. It's interesting to see the anxiety.

I'd almost forgotten the Game 6 controversy over calling Trea Turner out for running in the wrong lane to first base, even though it had no effect on the throw to 1B.

Anthony Rendon responded with a home run to seal the deal.

Our manager, Dave Martinez, was thrown out of the game, after saying he was protesting the game. It twas the first World Series ejection since around 1996 and the only other manager ever ejected from a World Series was Broves' Cox, twice.

These MASN World Series replays are the first time I've heard the Fox broadcasts. I had the sound muted during the live games, and listened to Charlie & Dave's excellent radio broadcasts.

Zimm talked about getting the out in the 2nd - he said his old self would have hurled the ball to 2nd, but he was repeatedly told "just get the out" and trust the pitching staff.
