Only reason I know about it was it followed Paris-Tours.  Now that was a race!

why don't you guys work a deal with colorado and let them have the water from this storm and you get nice foliage?

Looked like the last set of tracks I saw showed the predominant likelihood is west of you folks.  Not good for those folks, but hopefully there's some wind shear or dry air that keeps this thing minimized

Current track has it hitting west of New Orleans as a Cat-1, which means it will explode into a Cat-3 or 4 and slam Lake Charles again.

One more hit there, and I'll bet they'll rename it "Sea of Charles" from all that water.

Zeta hits Cat-2 (maximum sustained winds of 100 MPH). It's heading straight for New Orleans late tonight and early tomorrow.

FL panhandle is on the outer bands of this one.  Hope you're not having trees flying through the streets.

It's interesting that once Zeta hits land, its suppose to head straight toward DC

We're getting the winds blowing thru now. Not out of control winds but some good steady gusts. Forced me to bring in my flags.  :whip:
