Which model do you have? I was in BJs earlier and they had the Pit Boss 700 FB for around $400. It seems to have mixed reviews.
There's a place in Old Town Manassas called Philadelphia Tavern that is supposed to be very good.
Had a cheesesteak there years ago. It was ok. You can’t really get the same Italian rolls in this area.

Isn’t slow roasted just a fancy way of saying baked?

Some people say this. But I cook biscuits at 425 which is as high as most roasted chicken recipes and I cook pizza at 500. No one says “I’m roasting this pizza”. I always thought it was the type of food and whether or not the cooking changed the shape of the food.
