I’ve wanted to make this since I saw it in the magazine a month or two ago and the three-day weekend is the perfect chance to do it.
Making the following for dinner tonight, except I’m using chicken thighs because I wasn’t able to get quail. Had dinner here last night:https://redbookrestaurant.com/Price fixe menu based on your choice of how many courses you want and whether or not you want to try a chef’s choice dish. It was incredible but expensive. The Inn that the restaurant is in is charming as well.
Those prices looked downright reasonable compared to this joint;https://theinnatlittlewashington.com/
That’s where we plan to go in July for our tenth anniversary.
That and minibar are on the bucket list
minibar is, bar none, the best meal I’ve ever had in my life.
Donde esta?

So I finally got to try the new Popeyes chicken sandwich. It was good but not good enough to stand in line for 30 minutes or to get stabbed over. Couple of days later I tried the Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich. Equally as good. Couple of days later it was Zaxbys. This was without a doubt the most uneventful chicken sandwich I've ever had. Course I could've still been steaming after finding the wait at Cracker Barrel was 15 minutes and Zaxbys was plan B.
There is still a 30 minute wait for the Popeyes sandwich?

Has anyone tried cooking with an Air Fryer ? I would like to hear any suggestions or ideas anyone has run across when using an Air Fryer.
