Was gonna say - if the Orioles won, it would be a 48 hour blitz with coverage, interviews, replays, highlights, documentaries and a two hour pre game field watch to catch all the pomp and ceremony. Since it's the Nats, we'll get the standard pre-game with Dan and Bo, followed by coverage starting five minutes after the hour. No first pitch shown.

The one year I can't keep up with the countdown the whole season gets messed up. I'm sorry everyone. I'll try and do better next year.

Jeff Passan:

The players and league agreed the 2020 MLB season won't begin until:

- There are no bans on mass gatherings that limit the ability to play in front of fans*
- There are no travel restrictions
- Medical experts determine games will not pose a risk to health of teams and fans

* The caveat agreed to by the players and league is that they will consider playing games at neutral sites instead of home ballparks -- and will consider the feasibility of playing in empty stadiums and just how proper a solution it may be for both sides and especially fans.

Max’s 20 strikeout game is on ESPN at 6pm.

Update. Had forgotten that was a JZimm start for the Tigers.

I'm afraid the missus is gonna want me to have salad.      At least I have a Max no-hitter.

No. Today is strikeout day in ESPN. That’s why I don’t understand why they are not showing Espi’s at bats.

Superb command of his breaking ball. Hold on to your seat though. Another solo home run upcoming.

Or Desmond. Or Harper.  Or Michael A.

Desmond was gone by then.  Ben Revere in CF--remember that?
