First baseman -- KJ Harrison, Hagerstown (16 games), Potomac (101 games): Improved plate discipline helped the 2017 third-round pick finish in the system's top 10 for homers (13), RBIs (63) extra-base hits (43) and walks (59) . Harrison dominated the South Atlantic League for a month with a .404/.485/.649 slash line and a 15.2 percent strikeout rate before his output normalized with Potomac -- a .244/.344/401 slash line and 23.7 percent strikeout rate in 457 at-bats. Still, the 23-year-old's 12.3 percent walk rate for the P-Nats was his best at any level, and his combined wRC+ of 134 ranked fourth among Washington's non-complex hitters.

"He's got a very strong body," Scialabba said. "He's still learning himself as a hitter. He works gaps, both right-center and left-center. He's someone who tries to stay through the baseball and he's starting to show the ability to be more consistent this year."
