I know that the Lerners are cheap. But is there an article or link somewhere on how many players rings will be given? On Spencer Kieboom wiki who only played 11 games in total and was not in the post season roster will be given a World Series player ring.

There's no info on rings yet, but they did announce 61 full shares ($382,358), 14.1 partial shares, and 2 cash awards of the $29 million World Series payout, so I assume all of those folks will get a ring.  They had 50 players on the roster this season, so the rest goes to coaches, trainers, and staff.

The Cubs gave out 1908 rings in 2016. They gave Bartman a ring. They gave Ernie Banks and Ron Santo (long dead) rings. Suffice it to say, anyone remotely related to the Nats will get one. I would not be surprised if the Itkin brothers got one.

I think those who reversed the jinx deserve one. Also, if you ran up a liquor bill of over $500 over the playoffs, you deserve one.
