We can no longer defend it but need to find a way to get it back.
We're still defending as far as I'm concerned. This "season" was a sham. It's a fact in my mind
its funny how the dodgers...one of the biggest payroll teams in baseball can only win a fake asterik season with no crowds and a perceived home advantage playing 2 hours south of LA. At least with hockey and NBA they played 85% of their regular seasons prior to the playoffs.Baseball this year was completely and utterly boring. Didnt help that the Nats literally looked like the same team as last year until the end but still. 60 game season is a sham and I just wish the Rays would have won. Would have been nice to see a moneyball team beat the paywhale.
there was nothing i said wrong in that.
One year ago today, Soto took his bat to first basehttps://twitter.com/nationals/status/1321822272131338240?s=21
Nothing wrong at all? Is Arlington, TX "two hours south of LA" on Earth, or only in your head?
and they're both gone now
There was a heck of a parade in dc a year ago today.
*Edited because I can actually post the pics in here from my laptop and not my phone*Back in October of 2019 when the Washington Nationals were making a historic postseason run, I opted to keep my Postseason ticket strip intact. I was hoping the Nationals would pull off the nearly impossible task of knocking out the Brewers, Cardinals, Dodgers and Astros. My fingers were crossed that someday I would be able to look back with fond memories of attending my first WC game, my first NLCS game and my first World Series game. The following November for my birthday present, my mom offered to have them custom framed for me. I’m so stoked to be able to hang this on the wall when it is complete.(Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.)
