It may have more to do with which side of the plate does the 1st baseman bat, for the Nats batting order will still try to alternate leth & right handed batters.
I wonder if this is like the Supreme Court seating order. Now that Rendon is gone, does Trea move over to fill his spot, Soto to Trea's, etc, and Castro or Thames get wedged in on the end where Robles is?
