Rizzo can't keep Voth, Fedde and Ross without putting at least two of them into the pen (assuming we keep Strasburg). Seems they are decent trade bait right now. If we don't keep Strasburg, then figure Ross is our #4 and Voth is our #5.
He'll probably keep all three.
Fedde needs to become an actual reliever. He isn't starting material at this point.
Ross and Voth are needed. Stras and Max both have IL stints in the last two seasons and that's likely not going to get better with age.
Rizzo is getting an extra roster spot, so he can put all three of them on the roster.
