If Kieboom is not ready to play second base next year, is he ever going to be ready? 
We need a starting pitcher only if Stras leaves.   
Definitely need a catcher.  Raudy Reed is just an insurance policy as far as I'm concerned.  (Boy, Spencer Kieboom really took a giant step backward  in 2019)
Yes on first baseman, but not sure what is needed yet.  I hope Matt Adams is not brought back.  I'm not convinced Zim is not going to retire.  I assume he'll communicate his intentions to management soon. 
Multiple relief pitchers, not just one.
If it's not Rendon at third, it needs to be someone who can at least partially fill his shoes.
