Our Scherzer, who be in Houston.

Maxwell be thy name

Thy Championship come, Thy game be fun

This night as it has been all season.

Give us this day, our daily Ks

And forgive us our wild pitches

as we forgive Umpires who trespass against us.

Lead us not into hits,

But deliver us from the bullpen

For thine is the Soto, the Robles and the Rendon (At least until next season)

Amen.

As a Catholic boy...I approve this prayer.

Prices are plunging. $435 for SRO including the fees on Stub Hub.  Charter a jet and fly on down!

One of my nephews just texted me "this is the absolute biggest game of my life (in any sport)!"

He's excited, he's nervous and, most importantly, he's grilling! :whip:

NatsNasty, you firing up the grill tonight?

True but DC fans under 30 don't have much history when it comes to sports success. The Caps in 2018 was the summit for him but this is bigger.

It's been Nats vs the World since they came to D.C.

The fight to get them to the city. The fight to get their first Division Win. The fight to get their first Postseason series win. Their first Pennant and first World Series Appearance...

We went from Believing to not believing. Not believing to Believing. And from believing to knowing.

They are going to win this game  :whip:

They are going to win this game against all odds. Being 19-31, making the Postseason, winning the Wild Card, beating the Dodgers, then the Cardinals. We will beat the Astros. We will beat the Umpires.

Lets Go WNFF. Lets Go Nats :w:

It feels really...weird having my team in a World Series Game 7.  As a lifelong Expos fan, I remember Game 1 against STL in 2012 and thinking how weird it felt watching my team in the postseason.  Then the postseason became the norm, but it felt weird to actually advance...and advance...and advance...now this.  If we're able to win tonight, I think I'll be almost numb and not know how to feel.  It's going to take time to really have it all sink in.  I hope World Series wins become a regular thing for the Nats franchise, but I also know that it might not happen again ever in my lifetime.  You just have to appreciate it.

I used the Oakley custom shop a few weeks ago to re-create Parra’s lucky sunglasses. I dig how they turned out. The lenses are “Red Iridium” do they look either red or yellow depending on the angle. Even better.

They just showed up today. It’s a sign.
