Dammmmmmmmmn. I know that was a controversial call but we got the :w: regardless. Let's celebrate that.

You're new around here, right?   :D

Turner call discussion given its own thread:

Moving a World Series GDT discussion to a new thread in The Clubhouse is probably a bad idea. People could be looking at the GDT for that issue a month or year or 5-10 years from now, or longer. They'll never find the separate Clubhouse thread, and wonder why the issue never came up.

Comparative points when a Washington MLB team notched their 3rd World Series win, each season:.

1925 - 11th October (4th match of World Series, beat Pittsburgh Pirates at Griffith Stadium, DC, 4-3)
1924 - 9th October (6th match, beat New York Giants at Griffith Stadium, DC 2-1)
2019 - 29th October (6th match, at Houston Astros, 7-2)
---
1933  - finished 1-4 vs New York Giants

Love ya man but you're overreacting.  Everything split off was post-game discussion, there's still PLENTY of reaction/discussion from during the game, not to mention the link you just quoted.  Future historians would have no trouble finding this stuff.

Also, it was a judgment call I made  :mg:

Great.  More judgement calls from “authority figures.”  Just what we need.
