totally forgot about the Wong error. The cardinals probably win the game if not for that error and the misplay in RF in the 1st inning.

I didn't read the GDT but how many of you were having flashbacks to 2012 Gio Gonzalez in the 5th inning?

I think I even had a post that said, Gio/Storen 2.0

Edit:  this was actually what I said...

This is Gio all over again.

Let’s not do that again, please.

I’m having Gio flashbacks...

they happened on successive AB's (the error was actually the second end of a nice play at 3B to rob Zimmerman of extra bases)

False bravado?  It was confidence.

Did you feel called out?

I think it's obvious I was not referring to you.

No, but the persons that seemed most confident (Greg_SRT and DCFan) were anything but obnoxious. Not sure why to call anyone out for being positive.

No, but the person that seemed most confident (Greg_SRT) is SSS all the way, and was anything but obnoxious.

Was he calling other people out?  If not then it was not directed at him.  I was trying not to put too fine a point on it.

You didn't say anything about calling other people out, just false bravado. I guess I missed it. I might have someone on ignore.

they can probably line up Suero, Strickland, Grace, to pitch BP just to be sure everyone stays hot. It's not the same as major league pitching, but . . .

Just searched for the Nats on TV and under Live and Upcoming, it's the World Series logo. Surreal.

Good idea.  I thought about that too.  Maybe they could even get Strasburg, Scherzer, Corbin, and Sanchez to pitch to at least three live batters during their throwing sessions.
