Age 8 for the Washington Senators' last World Series, in 1933 (which they lost).

Worked as an usher for the Washington Senators as a teenager.
Brought baseball back to Washington, after a 34 year absence, in 2005.

I think the story was that he saw the All Star game in '36.  I don't think the Senators made the WS after '33.

Left field upper deck (3rd landing) by the Vienna Lager stand.
Landing on 2nd level LF on the ramp ain't bad either.     (some view blockage)   
Anywhere along (behind) the 300s.    If you're lucky, you'll get a standing bar/table or picnic table.
143 near the entrance to the CF TV cameras ..  behind the little coffee stand where the dogs in the park gather/and family area
Near camera locations on the 1st and 3rd base lines behind the 100 sections
