Saw that weather forecast - how/when would MLB announce that start time change if it occurred ?

ESPN & Sports Illustrated reported last night that MLB sources are saying they may flip the ALCS/NLCS start times tomorrow — ALCS at 4:08 and NLCS at 8:08 due to the forecast.

But then again, let’s win tonight so there’s no Game 5 tomorrow!

I'm surprised Parra didn't pinch hit in the 7th or 8th inning last night.  The crowd would have increased the screaming exponentially
