The problem with robo umps: Doesn't somebody have to set it for each batter or is it automatic?
It should be for each batter. At least it should be able to get the corners of the strike zone correct. It’s also where the guy strides and not where he starts.

Unfortunately it's not our bullpen.
It's been shaky. Plus, the more we see them, the more data the hitters have later in the series.

In the Atlantic league they program the computer with every players height. So it adjusts. If it gets to the majors I imagine they will add other measurements.

Players don't change height over the course of a season. Measure once, apply each night.

Sanchez is in a zone. Davey better keep his ass in the dugout.

Taylor reminds me of Devon White when he runs. Just always seems to be cruising with those long legs.

Davy won't do anything until at least 1 run is scored by Cards

Anibal isn't gonna be able to pitch like this for 9 innings. What a freaking tragedy if the Nats offense doesn't bullpen proof this game soon.

What if they don’t score a run? He’s not going to complete the game.

Just two more innings. What is Sanchez’s OPS against 3rd time thru the order?

    Anibal Sanchez

Pitchers      IP     H   ER   K  BB  PC-ST    ERA
M. Mikolas  5.0    6    1    6   1   82-55    1.80
A. Sanchez 5.0    0    0    4   1   56-37    0.00

If dave is thinking of pulling Sanchez in the 6th, Rizzo should call the dugout and fire dave, on the spot.

you could probably put rf chips in the unis at the top and bottom of the zone.

Corners could use sensors height may be an AI/human problem but AI/humans can be fooled.

Probably. Not sure what his record is third time through. But he has only thrown 56 pitches. A couple more runs would sure help.

Zimm's looking light on the basepaths. Should have ruptured that plantar fascia years ago.
