Another potential win slaughtered at the hands of Davey Martinez. His obsession with Jimmy Cordero is ridiculous.

Any competent manager, at worst, has this team at 82-67.

The Orioles are not bringing Buck back. Man, I would take him in our dugout in a heartbeat, although he might need some time off to recover from this season. LOL.

I don't think I'd immediately hire a manager who is on track to lose over 110 games .... regardless of who we think he is.

I’ll give Buck credit for somehow managing to have a pretty successful tenure managing the most poorly run franchise in the MLB, but I don’t want him managing the Nats.

If we eliminate every manager who has ever had a decision go badly in the playoffs we will end up with another Acta, Williams, or Martinez. Showwalter would be a major step up, which obviously isn't saying much.

Martinez has got to be loving garbage time, half the team traded away and a mandate to play the kids, he can do no wrong. No hard decisions, no tough questions, no pressure.
