I'm sure every tv will be focused on Thursday Night Football :?

I'm guessing you aren't in the DC area? They should be showing the Nats in every dive bar, bowling alley, restaurant in DC Maryland and Virginia.

I just hope Alex is wearing long sleeves on national TV.

With those shoulders and Hollywood right around the corner, next stop is the silver screen  :az:

And that's possible because he was not only dominant on Tuesday, he was also efficient.  Unbelievable performance.

Also probably not possible if he started that game.

Anyone who visits LA should take the Dodger Stadium tour. They are a storied franchise and are proud to display it.

DC - have you been there ?  I can only imagine what you mean, for just the pictures of Branch Rickey & Jackie Robinson highlight how the Dodgers did more than just improve Baseball - they changed our society.

Yep took the family on a west coast trip to LA and San Fran a few years ago. Saw the Nats in both places. We lost both games.

Bo has said Corbin owns the Dodgers about a half dozen times so far.

dave just confirmed that Stras will start Game 2...

Regardless of whether we win this game?  I would rather have Sanchez start game 2 if we win this 1. If we do, then Stras gets extra rest, and playing at home would be a huge advantage. But, if game 2 is a short rested Strasburg vs Kershaw?  I'm not betting big $$$

I don’t think Stras is short rested. He would have thrown a bullpen that day anyway right? Stras would know if he’s good.

Thats the key. I'm just surprised that Davey would make that decision now rather than after game 1. It's like chess, you may have your second move planned, BUT you have to adapt to new circumstances as things change.

Nah

Stras pitched last Thursday against Phillies, 3 innings Tuesday and pitches Friday. That’s less work than normal for him

Shocking.  Didn't you leave Saturday's game halfway through to hit the alleys as well?

I was riding my bike past a long line of stopped cars during rush hour and whereas usually it's equal parts NPR, R&B, and "Ai! Ai! Ai!"

Today was all 106.7

so the plan would be Corbin, Stras, Max, Sanchez?
