No need for that with a home playoff game guaranteed.  Can’t risk anyone getting hurt.  2 days rest is just right.

Corbin said he wanted the work in case he doesn't get used Tuesday so that he can have close to a full regular workload (he wanted that 15th win :lol:). He said he usually throws a bullpen on the second day after start so this is going to give him an extra day to be ready for Tuesday and the only thing he will do is to do less work in the weight room leading up to the wild card game to be as fresh as possible.
