So if the Brewers or Nats have homefield locked up, how much should they try in the Cleveland Series. How much Obligation do the Nats have to be competitive since those games have playoff implications?
No obligation whatsoever.

He's trying to hurt our feelings.    :)

Harper was going for a double right out of the gate.

This is an odd pitching change.

Bruce would have made it anyway.    He was hustlin' out of the box.    That'd be the first time Harper ever hustled in Nats' Park.    :mg:

He gave a speech to a group I was with and it was all about him. Totally the worst speech I’ve ever heard. And apparently he charges $50-100K for these types of events. We did pictures afterwards and he refused autographs and it was basically pushing people through as quick as possible. I also know a former sportswriter who said he was always a jerk to the press.

That's not so bad. Personally, I don't understand people's obsession with autographs but that's just me.

Phil Wood's not a dick in the elevator.  In fact I couldn't get rid of him.

Same here. There were some other people I was with who tried with no luck.

One of my coworkers wanted to give me a bobblehead to try to get him to sign - she pulled it out and it was Chipper Jones. She had grabbed the wrong one from home :lmao:

Suero and Strickland are six of one, half dozen of the other.
