Monday game is at 6:40 unless the Braves get swept, then it will be 5:15. Let's hope for a sweep.

Win tonight and sales will jump. No one wants to spend money for a game they think won't be played. If it gets played it will be a sellout.
this is key.  Win tonight, that gives 3 days / 2 nights for sales before the game is played (3 days / 2 nights sounds like a Myrtle Beach time share promotion  ).  But if they don't win until Sunday night, and the weather looks bad for the game, there will be unsold seats.

Also important, especially with the weather factor.  Work night / school night.  Would be nice to end before 9 PM.

Can you select individual seats for the presale. They keep giving me seats on wrong side of the field.

I doubt it, I went fast to get best available. Usually individual seat selection is available a couple days after the public sale.

No, you could not. What do you consider the wrong side of the field?

The only variable that may prevent a sellout is bad weather. Every postseason game has been a sellout at Nats Park and this year is no different.

Nats are offering a seating in a new Stranger Things section in the upside down world that is underneath the actual field.  It will have a good view of the action but for some reason, it will be grey scale with odd snowflake looking things falling.

Must be further from the desired beer stand.

Does the ticket selection process offer a range of sections to choose from ?

Yes, but it's a SPH presale only. Lots of sections are going fast.

If it's like the Wild Card and NLDS the $$$ seats are selling fast and the outfield and upper deck are wide open. This is why the Nats are flush even with lower total sales.

Eventually all will sell out when/if the team advances. It makes more sense that the better seats go first.

Wasn't always that way used to be the highest and lowest sold first and mid range last.

Over 6,200 tickets for Monday listed on StubHub and prices are already dipping below face value. With what looks to be about ten thousand seats still available from the Nats I don't think it sells out (assuming we get that far).
Oh, dont you worry, there are plenty of Dodger fans who  buy them up

Playoff games are not like the regular season. Very few opposing fans, even for the mighty Dodgers. Have you actually ever set foot in Nationals Park?

WTF!  did they give a heads up that this was going to happen today?  I've got 22 people I've got to ask, and half are out today.

The first base line. For night games it really doesn’t matter. But I am buying tickets for friends and they wanted to be on the same side of the field as we were so we could hang out. My season tickets are on third base side. Just personal preference.

That explains his unfamiliarity with baseball and our social norms.

Got a 9am email saying presale starts at 10am.

EDIT: I searched through my files and found a notice from about 9am yesterday (Thursday.) I just missed it. My bad.

Ok, so I did not miss a heads up.  That's ridiculous, by the way, not giving us a day's warning.

Is there a link to the prices for single games?
